The invention discloses a bridge pier column for a passage special for a passenger car. The bridge pier column comprises a pipe pile, a bearing platform, a pier column body and a cover beam. A hollow prefabricated pier column is adopted in the joint structure, and main reinforcements distributed in the pier column in the vertical direction comprise prestressed steel bars; the prefabricated I-shaped bent cap comprises a vertical web, an upper wing plate, a lower wing plate and inner ribs. The middle of the lower wing plate is correspondingly connected with the pier column, a first prefabricated hole corresponding to the locking section is formed in the lower wing plate, and a second prefabricated hole is formed in the vertical web plate; wherein the locking section comprises a first locking section and a second locking section, the first locking section penetrates through the first prefabricated hole, a pre-tightening nut is further screwed at the free end of the first locking section, and the pier column and the cover beam are locked by the pre-tightening nut to provide a bearing force; and the second locking section extends into the second prefabricated hole and is filled in the second prefabricated hole.
