The invention discloses a foundation pit slope karst seepage-proofing strengthening treatment method. The water seepage position of the foundation pit slope karst is treated through curtain grouting, and the non-karst development position is poured with cement paste; the half-filling and non-filling type large karst caves and the karst caves below the underground water level are filled with fine aggregate concrete or mortar in a pouring mode, and then segmented grouting is conducted from top to bottom; and the karst development area above the underground water level and the full-filling type karst cave are poured with paste slurry. By the adoption of the method, the disastrous water gushing risk of the foundation pit slope can be effectively blocked, and as a flood prevention project, the purposes of reducing the water gushing amount of the foundation pit and reducing the risk of the foundation pit in the flood season are achieved, what can be guaranteed is that the construction period is short, and the overall construction progress of a lock chamber is not affected.
