本发明公开了一种采用SDDC对湿陷性地基的桩施工方法,其特征在于包括场地平整、桩位放线、桩位成孔、桩体成桩等具体施工步骤。其中,在桩位成孔步骤中,包括旋挖成孔及重锤冲击成孔两种不同的成孔方式。填料时,在桩孔顶端放置填料辅助成型装置,将每次填料在桩孔内形成规整、且用于夯锤机具垂直击打的填充状态。以及包括击打锤头的结构设计,用于对填料进行各个方向充分的击打挤压作用。因此,该施工工艺在对湿陷性地基的施工中,在上述步骤的设计,均有效提高各个施工步骤的施工效果,进而整体提高成桩效率及成桩质量,并同时能有效的消除地基的湿陷性特性,大幅度提高地基的承载力、降低地基的压缩性。

The pile construction method is characterized by comprising the specific construction steps of site leveling, pile position paying off, pile position hole forming, pile body pile forming and the like, wherein in the pile position hole forming step, two different hole forming modes, namely rotary excavating hole forming and heavy punch impact hole forming, are included; during filling, a filler auxiliary forming device is placed at the top end of each pile hole, and the filler in the pile hole every time forms a regular filling state used for vertical striking of a rammer machine tool; and the structural design of a striking hammer head is included and used for fully striking and extruding the filler in all directions. Therefore, according to the construction technology, in the construction of the collapsible foundation, through the design of the steps, the construction effect of each construction step is effectively improved, then the pile forming efficiency and the pile forming quality are integrally improved, and meanwhile, the collapsibility characteristic of the foundation can be effectively eliminated, the bearing capacity of the foundation is greatly improved, and the compressibility of the foundation is reduced.
