The invention relates to a construction method for sleeving an SDDC pile and a long spiral cast-in-situ bored pile. The method comprises the following steps that (1) the positions of SDDC piles and the positions of engineering piles are compared; (2) it is guaranteed that the pile position of the engineering pile is unchanged, the SDDC pile position nearby the engineering pile is optimized, it is guaranteed that the SDDC pile coincides with the pile position of the engineering pile after optimization, and the engineering pile is sleeved with the SDDC pile; and (3) due to movement of part of the SDDC pile positions, the regular triangle arrangement is damaged, SDDC piles are additionally arranged at the moved SDDC pile positions, and the requirement for foundation treatment is met. According to the construction method, all the engineering piles can be constructed on the pile positions of the SDDC piles, the quality risks that the engineering piles are difficult to form holes in miscellaneous fill and prone to hole collapse and hole shrinkage are effectively solved, and the construction quality and the construction progress of the engineering piles are ensured.
本发明涉及一种SDDC桩与长螺旋钻孔灌注桩套桩的施工方法。该方法包括以下步骤:1)将SDDC桩与工程桩位置进行对比;2)保证工程桩桩位不变,将工程桩就近的SDDC桩位进行优化,优化后保证SDDC桩与工程桩桩位重合,即将SDDC桩套在工程桩上;3)因部分SDDC桩位的移动,导致正三角形布置遭到破坏,在移动后的SDDC桩位处增加SDDC桩,保证地基处理的要求。本发明可实现工程桩全部在SDDC桩桩位上进行施工,有效的解决了工程桩在杂填土中成孔难,易塌孔及缩径的质量风险,确保了工程桩的施工质量和施工进度。
