The invention relates to a roadbed slope measuring instrument. The roadbed slope measuring instrument comprises a vertical ruler, a transverse ruler and a connecting rod; the cross section of the vertical ruler is rectangular; a transverse ruler inserting hole is formed between a pair of opposite side walls of the vertical ruler in the longitudinal direction, and a vertical ruler bolt through hole is formed between the other pair of opposite side walls of the vertical ruler in the longitudinal direction; a transverse ruler bolt through hole is formed between a pair of opposite side walls of the transverse ruler in the longitudinal direction, and the transverse ruler is inserted into the transverse ruler inserting hole in the vertical ruler in a penetrating mode; an adjusting bolt is inserted into the intersection of the vertical ruler bolt through hole and the transverse ruler bolt through hole; the two ends of the connecting rod are connected with the lower end of the vertical ruler and one end of the transverse ruler through pin shafts correspondingly; and the vertical ruler and the transverse ruler are provided with length scales correspondingly, and the transverse ruler is further provided with a level bubble. The roadbed slope measuring instrument can be used for slope measurement and can also be used for slope inspection.
