The invention provides a turnover assembly type pipeline module for a fire-fighting permanent and temporary combination technology, which comprises a permanent and temporary pipeline conversion module, a lower-layer fire hydrant module, a pipeline fixing support module and a construction-layer fire hydrant module which are connected through connecting pieces in a buckled mode from bottom to top. The turnover assembly type pipeline module detachably communicates with a formal fire-fighting pipeline, materials are modularly installed in an assembly mode for turnover and utilization, and temporary pipeline material waste, temporary support waste and labor cost are saved; and due to the fact that the fixing support is connected through a rotary fastener and a mechanical tee joint serves as a hoop, the fixing support is convenient and flexible to use, scaffold cross rods or scaffold vertical rods can be selected for connection and fixation nearby, the most favorable point can be selected according to the actual site situation, and the constrained conditions are few. Compared with a ground angle steel fixing support, the fixing support is economical and practical.
