The invention discloses a permanent and temporary combined construction method for a box-pump integrated fire water tank, which comprises the following steps of: determining a temporary position of the box-pump integrated fire water tank according to a planar graph of a construction site, paving a cushion layer at the position, and finishing the construction of a temporary foundation of the water tank; a box-pump integrated fire-fighting water tank is installed on the temporary water tank foundation; installing a water inlet/outlet pipe and a construction site interface fire fighting system, and connecting the water inlet/outlet pipe and the construction site interface fire fighting system with the box-pump integrated fire water tank to form a temporary fire fighting system; debugging and operating a temporary fire extinguishing system; dismantling the box-pump integrated fire-fighting water tank, the water inlet and outlet pipe and the construction site interface fire-fighting system; a box-pump integrated fire water tank is installed at the corresponding position of the box-pump integrated fire water tank in a construction site plane graph, and a formal fire fighting system is formed by communicating the formal fire fighting system with the box-pump integrated fire water tank; and debugging and operating the formal fire-fighting system. The method is reasonable in design, the water supply stability of the temporary fire fighting system is improved, the construction cost is reduced, and the engineering permanent equipment utilization rate is increased.
