本发明提供了一种装配式预制钢筋混凝土预制件，包括固定板、连接装置、侧板组件、外板以及开窗装置。本发明可以解决装配式预制钢筋混凝土预制件所存在的以下难题：a.目前传统的装配式预制墙体大多结构较为简单，只是进行简单的组装，不具有隔音保温的效果，同时针对不同环境场所需要的不同厚度的预制墙体，往往需要进行单独设计，以便适用于特定的场所，导致研发成本增高，利用率有限；b.目前市场中的预制墙体大多是没有设计安装窗户的槽孔，而这种预制墙体在实际使用时开设安装窗户的槽孔较为困难，存在破坏墙体结构，同时在不同场所安装的窗户大小不同，调节困难。
