The invention discloses a waterproof photovoltaic roof mounting system. The waterproof photovoltaic roof mounting system comprises photovoltaic panels and a water guide support frame arranged along a splicing gap of the photovoltaic panels and used for supporting the photovoltaic panels, and also comprises a plurality of fixing components arranged above the water guide support frame along the splicing gap at intervals and used for fixing the photovoltaic panels onto the water guide support frame, wherein each fixing component comprises a first fastening component and a second fastening component which are arranged in an X-shaped hinged mode; a clamping position is formed between the ends, located at the same side of the hinged position, of the first fastening component and the second fastening component; one-way gears matched with each other are arranged on the portions, located in the hinged position, of the first fastening component and the second fastening component; and each fixing component also comprises a limiting bolt penetrating through the one-way gear to axially limit the one-way gear. The waterproof photovoltaic roof mounting system has the characteristics of construction convenience, high installation speed, good sealing and waterproof performance and the like.
