Improved photovoltaic roof waterproof support system
The invention discloses an improved photovoltaic roof waterproof support system which comprises a gap arranged between every two adjacent photovoltaic modules, a plurality of module pressing blocks are arranged in the gaps, and waterproof grooves fixed through the module pressing blocks are arranged below the gaps. The assembly pressing block comprises a top pressing block located on the upper end face of the photovoltaic assembly and a bottom pressing block located on the lower end face of the photovoltaic assembly, and the top pressing block and the bottom pressing block are fixed through a first bolt; the assembly pressing block further comprises a pressing block cover plate, the lower end of the pressing block cover plate is connected with the upper end of the top pressing block in a clamped mode, and the two ends of the pressing block cover plate cover the edge of the top pressing block. Most of water can be prevented from flowing into the waterproof groove below, and the bolt is prevented from rusting.
本发明公开了一种改进型的光伏屋顶防水支架系统,包括设置在每相邻的两个光伏组件之间具有缝隙,所述缝隙内设置有多个组件压块,所述缝隙下方设置有通过组件压块固定的防水槽,所述组件压块包括位于光伏组件上端面的顶部压块、位于光伏组件下端面的底部压块,所述顶部压块与底部压块之间通过第一螺栓固定;所述组件压块还包括压块盖板,所述压块盖板的下端与顶部压块上端卡接,且所述压块盖板的两端覆盖所述顶部压块的边缘。本发明可以阻止绝大部分的水流入到下方的防水槽、防止螺栓生锈。
