The method comprises the following steps that S1, sundries on the surface of a concrete base layer and mortar and oil stains protruding out of the surface are cleaned up; S2, performing cracking, hollowing and hole treatment on the concrete base floor: performing high-pressure grouting on a small-range hollowing part; a V-shaped groove is formed in the position without the hollowing but with cracks through cutting by an electric tool, then high-power epoxy resin is used for pouring and repairing, and then carbon fiber cloth is additionally attached; the large-area hollowing part is chiseled away, and then concrete is poured again; and for the ground hole part, an electric drill is used for expanding the ground hole with the depth smaller than 5 millimeters.
