The invention relates to a prefabricated assembled composite structural column for reinforcement and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The problems of large field operation quantity, long construction period, tedious construction procedures and damage to existing members in the construction of a section increasing method for reinforcement of an existing column structure are solved. The prefabricated assembled composite structural column comprises a plurality of L-shaped steel ladle concrete corner column member units, the member units are arranged at the four corners of a to-be-reinforced structural column in a sleeving mode and are tightly attached and fixed to the four corners of the to-be-reinforced structural column through connecting pieces, the connecting pieces comprise horizontal connecting pieces and vertical connecting pieces, every two horizontally-adjacent member units are fixedly connected through the corresponding horizontal connecting piece, and every two vertically adjacent member units are fixedly connected through the vertical connecting pieces; and each member unit comprises an L-shaped concrete corner column inner core and a steel shell which are poured into an integrated structure. Reinforcing construction of prefabrication of the L-shaped steel ladle concrete corner column member units is achieved, the on-site wet operation workload is reduced to the maximum extent, the construction period is shortened, and efficient and rapid construction is achieved.
本发明涉及一种用于加固的预制装配式复合格构柱及其施工方法,属于建筑施工技术领域,用于解决现有的柱结构加固采用增大截面法施工中现场作业量大、工期较长、施工工序繁琐、破坏既有构件的问题。该格构柱包括若干L型钢包混凝土角柱构件单元,构件单元套设并通过连接件紧密贴合固定于待加固结构柱的四角,连接件包括水平连接件和垂直连接件,水平相邻的两个构件单元之间通过水平连接件固定连接,竖向相邻的两个构件单元之间通过垂直连接件固定连接;构件单元包括浇筑为一体结构的L型混凝土角柱内芯和钢外壳。本发明实现了L型钢包混凝土角柱构件单元预制化的加固施工,最大限度减少了现场湿作业工作量,降低了工期,实现高效快速施工。
