The invention discloses a method for producing a green fabricated building wall building block by using construction waste. The method comprises the following steps that S1, treatment of the construction waste is performed, specifically, the construction waste is crushed into particles to obtain a first preparation raw material; S2, the raw materials of the building block are mixed, specifically, a siliceous material, a calcareous material, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and water are added into the first preparation raw material, and a second preparation raw material is obtained through uniform mixing. The supply proportion of low-temperature water and high-temperature water is changed according to the working frequencies of a first pump body and a second pump body, so that the liquid-slurry mixing temperature is maintained within a constant-temperature limit, and stable constant-temperature control over the liquid-slurry temperature is achieved; and stable constant-temperature control of the slurry temperature in winter and summer extreme climate environments can be ensured through a cooling fan and a heating coil, and the production cost increase caused by increasing the single weight, increasing the water-material ratio and increasing the binder addition amount is avoided.
