Formula and process method for preparing ceramsite by using overhaul slag
The invention relates to a formula and a process method for preparing ceramsite by using overhaul slag, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight, 25-50 parts of overhaul slag, 20-40 parts of fly ash, 10-30 parts of kaolin, 10-20 parts of a sintering aid, and 1-5 parts of a foaming substance, the raw materials are mixed, and the mixture is subjected to roasting, cooling and other conventional ceramsite production process treatments to produce a high-quality ceramic product. According to the invention, by popularizing and using the ceramsite production method, raw materials for ceramsite production are expanded, dependence and use on conventional raw materials such as clay and shale in the ceramsite manufacturing industry are relieved, and the problems of water and soil loss and the like are solved; and resourceful treatment of the overhaul slag is achieved, the physical and chemical activity of components (such as carbon element) of the overhaul slag is fully utilized, and materials and energy are saved.
一种利用大修渣制备陶粒的配方及工艺方法,原料组份按重量计为:大修渣25‑50份、粉煤灰20‑40份、高岭土10‑30份、助烧剂10‑20份、起泡物质1‑5份,原料混合后,再经过焙烧、冷却等常规的生产陶粒的工艺处理,生产出高质量的陶料产品;推广使用本发明中的陶粒生产方法,一方面拓展了陶粒生产的原料,减轻了制陶粒产业中对粘土、页岩等常规原料的依赖和使用,有利于改善水土流失等问题;另一方面,本方法实现了对大修渣的资源化处理,充分利用了大修渣自身组成物质(比如碳元素)的理化活性,节约了物料和能源。
