Pier position transformation method of overline overbridge
The invention discloses a pier position transformation method of an overline overbridge. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) newly building a double-limb bridge tower, including an inner limb pylon disposed close to main beam and an outer limb pylon disposed away from main beam, in the outer side of a side pier, (2) hanging first inhaul cable system between inner limb tower column and outer limb tower column of each double-limb bridge tower and carrying out first tensioning; (3) installing anchoring device on main beam and hanging second inhaul cable system; (4) tensioning second inhaul cable system to a construction cable force value, and dismounting a middle pidr and a bearer system thereover; (5) tensioning the second inhaul cable system again to reach a finished bridge cable force value; (6) tensioning the first inhaul cable system for the second time to reach a designed cable force value; and (7) carrying out lane arrangement again to finish construction. On the basis that the existing upper structure of an existing overpass is kept, the lower pier position can be transformed, broadening and rearrangement of lanes under the overpass are facilitated, the service life of the overpass can be prolonged, the influence of dismantling and newly building the overpass on urban traffic can be reduced, and urban construction resources can be saved.
本发明公开了一种跨线天桥的墩位改造方法,包括①在边墩外侧新建双肢桥塔,其包括靠近主梁设置的内分肢塔柱和远离主梁设置的外分肢塔柱②在每个双肢桥塔的内分肢塔柱和外分肢塔柱之间挂设第一拉索体系并进行第一次张拉③在主梁上安装锚固装置并挂设第二拉索体系④张拉第二拉索体系至施工索力值,并拆除中墩及其上部的支座系统⑤再次张拉第二拉索体系至成桥索力值⑥第二次张拉第一拉索体系至设计索力值⑦重新进行车道布置,完成施工。本发明能够在保持现有天桥既有上部结构的基础上对下部墩位进行改造,方便了对桥下车道的拓宽和重新布置,不仅能够延长天桥的使用寿命,而且能够减少拆除和新建天桥对城市交通的影响,有利于节约城市建设资源。
