The invention provides a sidewalk intersection guardrail device capable of improving safety based on magnetic field change. The guardrail device comprises two guardrail seats, a fixed iron box is fixedly connected in a base, a strong magnet is mounted in the fixed iron box, a movable iron cover is connected with a guide rod through a pull rope, and a movable sleeve movably sleeves the outer side of the bottom of a magnetic conductive rod. A rotating shaft is rotationally connected between the lower connecting rod and the upper connecting rod, the outer side of the rotating shaft is movably sleeved with a vertically-distributed connecting plate, and the outer side of the arc plate is fixedly connected with a sector plate. A pedestrian stands on a pedal to extrude the guide rod to move downwards, the guide rod pulls the movable iron cover to rotate and open through the pull rope, the movable sleeve falls down and makes contact with the strong magnet, the magnetic conductive rod is magnetized and then pushes the rack plate to move rightwards, the rack plate drives the rotating shaft to rotate through the gear, the sector plates are sequentially rotated and opened, and the rain shade is formed and covers the waiting pedestrian, the pedestrian is protected against the sun and rain, the structure is simple and use is convenient.
