The foundation pile anti-pulling detection counter-force device comprises a first counter-force beam, a second counter-force beam, a first main beam, a second main beam, a first jack, a second jack, a third jack, a fourth jack and a locking assembly. The first counter-force beam and the second counter-force beam are arranged on the surface of a foundation in a left-right parallel and spaced mode, and the first main beam and the second main beam are arranged above the first counter-force beam and the second counter-force beam in a crossing mode. A detected foundation pile is buried in a foundation, and a main rib exposed out of the top of the detected foundation pile is fixed to the first main beam and the second main beam through the locking assembly; and the first jack is installed at the bridging position of the first main beam and the first counter-force beam, the second jack is installed at the bridging position of the first main beam and the second counter-force beam, the third jack is installed at the bridging position of the second main beam and the first counter-force beam, and the fourth jack is installed at the bridging position of the second main beam and the second counter-force beam. The foundation pile anti-pulling detection counter-force device is simple in structure and low in cost, and the load of 2000 tons can be reached through field tests.
