According to the method, construction under the construction condition is determined through initial detection, the safety of construction operators is improved, normal construction is guaranteed through construction state detection, and finally, acceptance inspection is conducted on the reconstructed pipeline to determine that the reconstructed pipeline meets the use requirement, so that detection of the whole construction period is achieved, and construction faults and disqualification are avoided.
