The invention particularly relates to a polystyrene square box core mold construction method for a hollow floor system. The polystyrene square box core mold construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps that an anti-floating device is prepared; the bottom concrete is vibrated, and the anti-floating effect is improved; after a supporting frame and a formwork are installed, an iron wire penetrates into the formwork; rebars at the bottoms of core molds are bound, core mold cushion blocks are arranged, and four cushion blocks are placed on each core mold; a polystyrene core mold is installed; a permanent fixing device is installed; an anti-floating device is installed; concrete is poured; and after the concrete is poured to the top surface of a box, the foam box and the concrete are in full contact and generate full adsorption force, the iron wire is cut off, and an anti-floating positioning device is disassembled. The forming quality of concrete at the bottom of the core mold is better; the core mold is provided with a through hole, bottom concrete is vibrated through the through hole, concrete hydration heat dissipation is facilitated, and the quality of the concrete at the bottom of the core mold can be effectively controlled. Meanwhile, compared with the prior art, operation is flexible, and installation and disassembly are convenient; and the auxiliary anti-floating device is detachable and can be reused.
本发明具体是一种用于空心楼盖的聚苯乙烯方箱芯模施工方法;其特征是:包括制备抗浮装置;对底部混凝土进行振捣,增加抗浮效果;支撑架及模板安装后,将铁丝穿入模板内;绑扎芯模底部钢筋,设置芯模垫块,每个芯模放置四个垫块;安装聚苯乙烯芯模;安装永久固定装置;安装抗浮装置;浇筑混凝土;待混凝土浇筑至盒顶面后,泡沫盒与混凝土之间充分接触并产生充分的吸附力后,切断铁丝,拆除抗浮定位装置。本发明芯模底部混凝土成型质量更好;芯模设置贯通孔,通过该孔对底部混凝土进行振捣,且利于混凝土水化热散放,可以有效控制芯模底部混凝土质量。同时,本发明与现有技术相比操作灵活,安拆方便;辅助抗浮装置可拆卸并能重复利用。
