Construction method of large-span retard-bonded prestressed hollow floor core mold
According to the construction method of the large-span retard-bonded prestressed hollow floor core mold, the bottom of the core mold is machined into a trapezoidal slope, so that concrete enters a floor bottom plate from a hidden beam; two anti-floating steel bars are arranged on the two sides of the top face of the core mold in parallel, a bearing plate and the anti-floating steel bars are additionally arranged on the lower layers of the anti-floating steel bars, double-strand steel wires are pulled downwards along the hidden beam to the bottom steel bars of the hollow floor bottom plate to be fixed, double-strand steel wires are pulled downwards to the frame body vertical rod connecting buckles to be fixed at the positions, 0.2 m away from the hidden beam edge, of the middle steel bars of the upper layer of the bottom plate, and all inspection is conducted in the inspection and acceptance process; a cylindrical hole is reserved in the middle of the core mold, and after floor system bottom plate concrete is poured compactly, battens are adopted for covering and fixing to ensure that the concrete does not flow in. The problems of floating, displacement, dislocation and even overall floating of the core mold in the construction process of the polyphenyl core mold in the concrete pouring process are solved, compact pouring of the bottom of the core mold and the structure size of a concrete structure are guaranteed, good economic benefits and social benefits are obtained, and reliable reference is provided for similar projects in the future.
