The invention discloses an anchorage device capable of quickly sealing an anchor. The anchorage device comprises an anchor backing plate. The anchor bearing plate is provided with a through hole penetrating through the two ends, an anchor plate is arranged in the center of the anchor sealing end, and a mud jacking pipe is arranged on the edge of the anchor sealing end. The grouting pipe is communicated with the anchor bearing plate and is positioned on one side of the anchor plate. A through hole penetrating through the two ends is formed in the anchor plate. The through holes are the same as the through holes of the anchor bearing plate in number and are communicated one by one. A steel strand is inserted into the through hole in a penetrating manner and penetrates through the anchor backing plate. Clamping pieces are inserted in the through holes in the anchor sealing end of the anchor plate one by one, and the clamping pieces can clamp the tensioned steel strands.
