The floor sound insulation structure comprises a structural floor slab, a sound insulation coating layer, a bonding layer and a facing layer which are arranged in a stacked mode, the sound insulation coating layer is formed on the structural floor slab in a sound insulation coating spraying mode, the bonding layer comprises a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer, the first sub-layer is provided with a plurality of first tooth-shaped stripes arranged in parallel, and the second sub-layer is provided with a plurality of second tooth-shaped stripes arranged in parallel. According to the floor sound insulation structure, the quality problems of later hollowing rate, cracking and the like in the later period can be solved, and the thickness of the whole floor is reduced.
