Firstly, a reinforced concrete platform is constructed on a stokehole feeding bay, a steel platform space is reserved on the reinforced concrete platform, fixing pieces are arranged on the periphery of the steel platform space, two buggy ladles in the stokehole feeding bay are connected to form a movable support table, then, a sliding rack is erected on the movable support table on the basis of the steel platform space, a furnace shell and a backing ring are sequentially hoisted to the sliding rack to form a set, the set is moved to the position above a converter base beside the movable support table for converter installation, converter installation is completed, a steel platform is installed in the steel platform space through the fixing pieces so as to form a complete stokehole operation platform together with the reinforced concrete platform.
