Pervious concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention provides pervious concrete and a preparation process thereof. The pervious concrete is prepared from the components, by mass, 500-690 parts of cement, 100-170 parts of lime, 90-100 parts of fly ash, 200-300 parts of slag and 400-450 parts of water. The invention provides the preparation process of the pervious concrete. The method comprises the steps that S1, multiple materials needed by concrete are put into a storage assembly in a preparation device at the same time according to the proportion; S2, the material are uniformly stirred by using a stirring part in the preparation device, then water is added, then gas is introduced into the materials, and the materials are slowly stirred so that air holes in the materials are uniformly distributed; and S3, the materials internally provided with air holes are extruded and limited to be formed, so that the materials can be directly used. The preparation device comprises the storage assembly and the stirring part, the storage assembly comprises a preparation tank, an opening is formed in the bottom of the preparation tank, the stirring part comprises a linkage rod and a control arm, and the control arm is installed on the linkage rod, and the control arm is attached to the inner side of the preparation tank.
