Steel slag pervious concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of novel building materials, in particular to steel slag pervious concrete and a preparation process thereof. On the first hand, the invention provides a cementing material for the steel slag pervious concrete, and the cementing material at least comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-1.5 parts of Portland cement, 1-1.5 parts of mineral powder and 0.04-0.06 part of anhydrite fine powder. The invention provides steel slag pervious concrete on the second aspect, the steel slag pervious concrete is obtained by mixing and stirring thecementing material, a substrate material, water and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, wherein the weight ratio of the cementing material to the substrate material to the water to the polycarboxylatesuperplasticizer is (3-4.6):20:(0.9-1.84):(0.045-0.0675). The base material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of recycled aggregate, 27-28 parts of steel slag, 4-5 parts of steel slag aggregate and 3-5 parts of fine sand. The steel slag pervious concrete prepared by the method is high in compressive strength and low in cost.
