Concrete curing agent and construction process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of curing agents, in particular to a concrete curing agent and a construction technology thereof. The concrete curing agent is prepared from lithium silicate, methyl silicate, a water reducing agent, a coupling agent, a micro-expansion agent, nanometer silica sol, single-component nanometer ceramic resin and distilled water. The concrete curing agent disclosed by the invention is mixed with concrete raw materials, wherein the components of silicate and the micro-expanding agent can rapidly permeate into the concrete and react with free calcium to generate insoluble amorphous calcium silicate hydrate, so that pores of a concrete structure are blocked, the hardness and compactness of concrete solid bricks, hollow bricks and concrete stable granules are improved, and therefore, the crack resistance of a concrete product is improved. Meanwhile, ceramic formed after demulsification of the nano silica sol and the single-component nano ceramic resin can resist corrosion of various corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt and chloride ions, and cement concrete is prevented from being corroded and carbonized, so that the corrosion resistance of products such as solid bricks, hollow bricks and concrete stable granules is greatly improved.
