The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of high-performance light-weight foam concrete which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 53-58 parts of water, 90-100 parts of Portland cement, 20-30 parts of fly ash with different particle sizes, 6-8 parts of silica fume, 0.05-0.1 part of a foaming agent, 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent, 0.08-0.15 part of a thickening agent and 0.1-0.15 part of graphene oxide modified carbon fibers. The proportion of water to the foaming agent is accurately controlled through a calculation formula, a more uniform and compact pore structure is obtained, the compressive strength of the foam concrete is effectively improved, early shrinkage is inhibited, the anti-cracking performance of the concrete is improved, and the industrial value is achieved.
