Lightweight foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of foam concrete preparation, and discloses lightweight foam concrete and a preparation method thereof, the lightweight foam concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 80-90 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of machine-made sand, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of expanded perlite, 5-10 parts of an alkaline active agent, 5-10 parts of a surfactant, 5-10 parts of a foam stabilizer, 5-10 parts of a water reducer and 10-20 parts of a foaming agent. By adding the anionic surfactant and the foam stabilizer, along with the increase of the mixing amount of the foaming agent, the dry density and the strength of the foam concrete are gradually reduced, and the water absorption rate and the heat conductivity coefficient are increased. The size of bubbles in the foam concrete is reduced, the bubbles are distributed more uniformly, the proportion of communicating holes is reduced, the physical and mechanical properties of the foam concrete are improved, meanwhile, the addition of the water reducing agent can reduce the water amount when the foam concrete is mixed, the water absorption rate of the foam concrete is further reduced, the strength and durability of the foam concrete are secondarily enhanced, and cracking is reduced.
本发明涉及泡沫混凝土制备技术领域,公开了一种轻质泡沫混凝土及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料组成:80‑90份水泥、10‑20份机制砂、10‑20份粉煤灰、10‑20份膨胀珍珠岩、5‑10份碱性活性剂、5‑10表面活性剂、5‑10份稳泡剂、5‑10份减水剂和10‑20份泡沫剂。本发明通过加入阴离子表面活性剂和稳泡剂,随着泡沫剂掺量增加,泡沫混凝土的干密度和强度均逐渐减小,吸水率和导热系数增大。使泡沫混凝土内部的气泡尺寸变小,更加均匀分布,连通孔比例减少,提高泡沫混凝土的物理力学性能,同时减水剂的加入可减少泡沫混凝土拌合时的水量,进一步降低其吸水率,进而二次增强泡沫混凝土强度、耐久性以及减少开裂。
