Super-air-entraining lightweight high-strength concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses super-air-entraining lightweight high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 400 to 480 parts of cement, 160 to 220 parts of superfine mineral powder, 80 to 110 parts of silica fume, 80 to 110 parts of sinking beads, 300 to 350 parts of floating beads, 30 to 36 parts of styrene-butadiene emulsion, 0.5 to 0.9 part of tea saponin and 36 to 44 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, wherein the water-binder ratio is 0.12 to 0.14. The cement, the superfine mineral powder, the silica fume, the sinking beads, the floating beads and the tea saponin are stirred and mixed and then added into a mixed solution of the water reducing agent and the water, then the styrene-butadiene emulsion is added, and forming, form stripping and water curing are performed. The volume weight of the concrete is low and can reach 1350-1400 kg/m<3>, high strength and good working performance are considered while the volume weight is low, quality is stable, preparation is easy, and the concrete has industrial application prospects.
本发明公开了一种超引气轻质高强混凝土及其制备方法。该混凝土按照重量份数计,包括以下组分:400‑480份水泥、160‑220份超细矿粉、80‑110份硅灰、80‑110份沉珠、300‑350份漂珠、30‑36份丁苯乳液、0.5‑0.9份茶皂素、36‑44份聚羧酸减水剂、水胶比0.12‑0.14。将水泥、超细矿粉、硅灰、沉珠、漂珠和茶皂素搅拌混合后,加入减水剂和水的混合液中,然后再加入丁苯乳液成型拆模水养即可。本发明混凝土容重低,可至1350‑1400kg/m3,并在低容重的同时兼顾高强度和良好的工作性能,质量稳定,制备简单,具有工业应用前景。
