The concrete air entraining agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate, 20-30 parts of a surfactant, 15-20 parts of a camellia seed meal additive, 5-10 parts of an auxiliary agent, 3-5 parts of a stabilizer and 80-150 parts of water. The preparation method of the concrete air entraining agent comprises the following steps: adding the sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate, the surfactant, the camellia seed meal additive, the assistant and the stabilizer into the water, heating, and stirring at constant temperature for 1-2 hours to obtain the concrete air entraining agent. The concrete air entraining agent is good in air entraining effect, foaming capacity and foam stability, good in compatibility with other additives and wide in application prospect.
