Quick-hardening foaming cement and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to rapid hardening foaming cement and a preparation method thereof. The rapid hardening foaming cement comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of cement; 15-25 parts of fly ash; 3-7 parts of silica fume; 3-5 parts of calcium oxide; 5-10 parts of gypsum; 6-10 parts of calcium aluminate; 0.4-0.6 part of PP short fiber; 1-3 parts of a foaming agent; and 0.1-0.3 part of a foam stabilizer. The rapidly-hardened foaming cement obtained by the invention is generally hardened for about 10 minutes and can be demolded and unloaded after 20 minutes; rapid and continuous production can be basically carried out on a short-distance production line; and the production efficiency is greatly improved on the premise of not influencing the overall performance, and therefore, the operation cost is reduced; mainly due to the fact that gypsum, calcium aluminate, calcium carbonate, calcium carbonate, and calcium oxide act at the beginning, so that hardening is quickly realized.
