Aluminum-silicon castable added with nano zirconium oxide and preparation method of aluminum-silicon castable
The invention relates to the field of unshaped refractory materials, in particular to an aluminum-silicon castable added with nano-zirconia and a preparation method of the aluminum-silicon castable. The castable mainly comprises 24%-32% of calcium aluminate cement, 5%-10% of floating beads, 3%-9% of sinking beads, 1%-6% of silica powder, 0-8% of nano-zirconia and 44% of perlite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) uniformly dry-mixing the raw materials according to the ratio, adding the raw materials into a stirrer, adding water, and conducting stirring for 5 minutes to prepare slurry; b) sequentially pouring the slurry into a triple mold, placing the triple mold on a vibration table for vibration, and flattening the slurry in the process, and conducting vibrating for 8 minutes for molding; and c) after molding, naturally curing the castable at room temperature for 24 hours, conducting demolding, and conducting drying at 110 DEG C for 24 hours. The heat conductivity of the castable is reduced, the heat preservation performance is optimized, the high-temperature use performance of the castable is improved, and the drying strength of the castable is further improved.
本发明涉及不定形耐火材料领域,具体为一种添加纳米氧化锆的铝硅系浇注料及其制备方法,其中浇注料的主要组分包括铝酸钙水泥24%~32%、漂珠5%~10%、沉珠3~9%、硅微粉1%~6%、纳米氧化锆0~8%、珍珠岩44%,制备方法包括:a)、将上述原料按配比进行干混混合均匀,加入搅拌机内,加水搅拌5min制成浆料;b)、依次将上述浆料倒入三联模内,并将三联模置于振动台进行振动,在此过程中同时将浆料进行捣平,振动8min成型;c)、成型后将浇注料室温下自然养护24h脱模,经110℃24h烘干。本发明在于解决降低了浇注料的导热率,优化了保温性能,提高了浇注料的高温使用性能,进一步改善了浇注料的干燥强度。
