The preparation method of the aluminum-silicon castable added with the silica powder is applied to the aluminum-silicon castable added with the silica powder according to the claim 1, and the specific method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing materials; 2, mixing the raw materials; 3, performing vibration molding; 4, demolding and drying; and 5, performing cooling measurement; further, the step I comprises the following steps: weighing 42-50% of calcium aluminate cement, 2-8% of sinking beads, 0-8% of silica powder and 40-50% of perlite according to the formula in corresponding parts by mass; furthermore, the step 2 comprises the following steps: (1) pouring the weighed raw materials into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing the raw materials in a dry manner according to the proportion. The construction performance of the castable is improved, the compactness of the castable is improved, the high-temperature use performance and the normal-temperature compression strength are improved, and the castable is worthy of popularization and application.
