The invention relates to a connecting hinge suitable for a prefabricated assembled bridge pier. The connecting hinge comprises an upper disc, a lower disc, prestressed tendons and a buckling restrained brace, the upper disc is arranged at the bottom of a pier column, the lower disc is fixed to a bearing platform, the middle area of the upper disc and the middle area of the lower disc are in spherical contact fit and form a spherical hinge structure, and the buckling restrained brace is arranged between the upper disc and the lower disc and located around the spherical hinge structure. Compared with the prior art, local damage to the bottom of a pier column caused by collision impact force generated when a traditional swing pier swings can be avoided through rotation of a spherical hinge, a provided connecting hinge can be spliced with a prefabricated pier in a factory, prestressed tendons are tensioned, and only the bottom plate of the connecting hinge needs to be connected with a bearing platform through bolts on site, so that working procedures such as on-site tensioning of the prestressed tendons in the construction process of a traditional prefabricated pier are omitted, and great convenience and time benefits are achieved. After an earthquake, only the buckling restrained brace needs to be replaced, and rapid recovery is facilitated.
