Formwork-free roller compacted concrete dam rapid construction method capable of simplifying concrete temperature control
The invention discloses a formwork-free roller compacted concrete dam rapid construction method capable of simplifying concrete temperature control. The construction method comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing upstream extruded concrete and downstream extruded concrete, when the concrete strength is 80% higher than the C25 strength, using the upstream extruded concrete and the downstream extruded concrete as formworks, then constructing dam body roller compacted concrete, after the completion of intermittence, then continuing to construct the upstream extrusion concrete, the downstream extrusion concrete and the dam body roller compacted concrete, forming an extrusion concrete layer intermittent seam between the newly-poured upstream extrusion concrete and the post-poured upstream extrusion concrete, forming an extrusion concrete layer intermittent seam between the newly-poured downstream extrusion concrete and the post-poured downstream extrusion concrete, forming a rolling compacted concrete interlayer seam between the newly-poured dam body rolling compacted concrete and the post-poured dam body rolling compacted concrete, repeating the steps till reaching the dam crest, finally, constructing an upstream face anti-seepage coating, and completing the whole dam body construction. The upstream and downstream formwork supporting procedure of a traditional roller compacted concrete dam body is simplified, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction time interval between roller compacted concrete layers is shortened.
本发明公开了一种简化混凝土温控的免模板碾压混凝土坝快速施工方法,首先施工上游挤压砼、下游挤压砼,当砼强度高于C25强度80%时,利用上游挤压砼和下游挤压砼作为模板,接着施工坝体碾压砼,间歇完成后,再继续进行上游挤压砼、下游挤压砼及坝体碾压砼的施工,新浇上游挤压砼与后浇上游挤压砼之间形成挤压砼层间歇缝,新浇下游挤压砼与后浇下游挤压砼之间形成挤压砼层间歇缝,新浇坝体碾压砼与后浇坝体碾压砼之间形成碾压砼层间缝,如此循环上升,直至坝顶,最后施工上游面防渗涂层,整个坝体施工完成。简化了传统碾压混凝土坝体上下游模板支护工序,加快了施工进度,缩短了碾压砼层之间的施工时间间隔。
