The rotary jet grouting anchor rod comprises an anchor disc and a plurality of anchor cables, the multiple anchor cables are evenly and fixedly connected to the anchor disc, the anchor cables are sleeved with the multiple supporting pieces at intervals, each supporting piece comprises an elastic part capable of supporting the anchor cables away from the hole wall of an anchor hole, and a limiting piece is used for temporarily restraining each elastic part on the anchor cables. During high-pressure rotary jet grouting, cement paste impacts and cuts off the limiting pieces, the supporting pieces extend in the radial direction immediately and abuts against the inner wall of the anchor hole, radial displacement of the anchor cables are limited, and it is guaranteed that the anchor cables are located in an anchoring section all the time, therefore, the anchoring effect and the supporting effect of the anchor cables are improved.
