The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-floating anchor rods, discloses a rotary spraying construction method for an anti-floating anchor rod in a soft stratum, and aims to solve the problems that the anti-floating anchor rod is prone to necking down in the soft stratum, and the durability is difficult to guarantee. The method comprises the following steps: (1) surveying and setting out, and determining the position of an anti-floating anchor rod; (2) carrying out first-time hole forming by using a drilling machine, wherein the hole bottom of the first-time hole forming is positioned on a bedrock layer of the rock-soil body; (3) chambering is conducted on the soft stratum of the rock-soil body through a high-pressure jet grouting machine, an expanded head section is formed, and therefore a consolidation body is formed on the soft stratum; (4) when the to-be-solidified body is initially solidified, the drilling machine is used for secondary hole forming to form an anchor hole; (5) an anchor rod and a PE pipe are placed in the anchor hole, and grouting is conducted to form an anchoring body; and (6) sealing the anchor. The conditions of necking and hole collapse can be effectively avoided, and the durability of the anti-floating anchor rod can be improved.
