The invention relates to a pollution discharge robot real-time driving system. The system comprises a pollution discharge robot architecture which is used for walking along a monitored sewer line, and comprises a waterproof walking mechanism, a pedestal, a water level meter, a telescoping motor, a visual monitoring mechanism, a slow-release agent storage mechanism, and a slow-release agent release mechanism, mosquito and fly identification equipment is used for identifying more than one mosquito and fly object in the field processing picture based on geometric distribution shapes of various mosquitoes and flies and counting the quantity of the mosquito and fly objects, and the slow-release agent release mechanism is used for determining the release dosage which is monotonically and positively correlated with the number of the mosquito and fly objects. The invention further relates to a pollution discharge robot real-time driving method. The pollution discharge robot real-time driving system and method are convenient to operate, energy-saving and environment-friendly; and the on-the-way insecticidal slow-release agent release mechanism based on field mosquito and fly quantity detection is introduced on a specifically designed hardware platform of a pollution discharge robot, so that workers are prevented from going deep into a severe working environment.
