The invention provides a prefabricated column and cast-in-place concrete structure sleeve inverted insertion type secondary grouting construction method. The method comprises the steps that 1, a cast-in-place concrete structure is constructed, the cast-in-place concrete structure is provided with cast-in-place piles and a cast-in-place floor, sleeves are arranged at the upper ends of cast-in-place pile column ribs, 1.1, the cast-in-place piles are constructed; 1.2, the sleeves are installed at the upper ends of the cast-in-place pile column ribs; 1.3, positioning plates are mounted to positions the upper ends of the sleeves; and 1.4, the cast-in-place floor are constructed; 2, the positioning plates are dismounted; 3, limiting plates are constructed; 4, the prefabricated column is hoisted, the lower end of a prefabricated pile column rib is provided with connecting ribs, and a joint grouting pipe and a joint grout outlet pipe are pre-buried in the lower portion in the prefabricated column; 5, the sleeves are grouted from cup openings of the sleeves, and the connecting ribs of the precast pile are inserted into the sleeves in a one-to-one correspondence manner; 6, joint grouting construction is carried out after the joint base mortar construction; and 7, all construction is completed. By means of the secondary grouting construction procedure, the complexity of pipeline pre-burying and grouting operation in sleeve grouting construction is effectively avoided, and the method has the advantages of being high in construction quality, good in effect, rapid and efficient.
本发明提出一种预制柱与现浇砼结构套筒倒插式二次灌浆施工方法,其步骤有:1、现浇砼结构施工;现浇砼结构具有现浇桩和现浇楼板;现浇桩柱筋上端设有套筒;1.1、施工现浇桩;1.2、在现浇桩柱筋的上端安装套筒;1.3、安装定位板定位套筒上端;1.4、施工现浇楼板;2、拆除定位板;3、施工限位板;4、吊装预制柱,预制桩柱筋下端具有连接筋,预制柱内下部预埋有接缝灌浆管和接缝出浆管;5、由套筒的杯口向套筒内灌浆,再将预制桩的连接筋一一对应插于套筒内;6、接缝座浆施工后进行接缝灌浆施工;7、完成全部施工。本发明通过二次灌浆施工工序有效避免了套筒灌浆施工的管路预埋及灌浆操作的复杂性,具有施工质量高、效果好和快速高效的特点。
