Inverted-insertion grouting type prefabricated concrete column structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an inverted-insertion grouting type prefabricated concrete column structure. The inverted-insertion grouting type prefabricated concrete column structure comprises a first prefabricated section formed through prefabrication, a core section prefabricated and arranged at the top of the first prefabricated section, and a second prefabricated section prefabricated and arrangedat the top of the core section, wherein a plurality of first steel bars are pre-buried in the first prefabricated section; and a through hole is filled by grouting slurry into a grouting pipe, then the second prefabricated section is placed at the top of the core section, and second steel bars are correspondingly inserted into the slurry in the through hole so as to fixedly connect the first steel bars with the second steel bars and form the integrated concrete column structure. The problem that a prefabricated concrete column is difficult to construct is effectively solved, the connecting process is simplified, no extra temporary support needs to be erected, the construction efficiency is improved, and the overall stability of the concrete column is improved.
本发明涉及一种倒插灌浆式预制混凝土柱结构,包括:预制形成的第一预制段,该第一预制段中预埋有若干第一钢筋;预制且置于第一预制段顶部的核心段;以及预制且置于核心段顶部的第二预制段;通过向注浆管灌注浆料以填充贯通孔,进而放置第二预制段于核心段的顶部,使得第二钢筋对应插入贯通孔内的浆料中,以固定连接第一钢筋与第二钢筋并形成一体的混凝土柱结构。本发明有效地解决了预制混凝土柱施工困难的问题,简化连接工艺,不需要额外搭设临时支撑,提升施工效率,提升混凝土柱的整体稳定性。
