The door comprises a door frame, a door body, a sealing mechanism, a first moving assembly and a second moving assembly; one side of the door body is hinged to the door frame; L-shaped sealing grooves are formed in the four inner corners of the door frame; L-shaped sealing pieces matched with the L-shaped sealing grooves are arranged at the four corners of the door frame; lock pins are arranged on the surfaces of the two sides of the door frame; and lock rods matched with the lock pins are arranged on the surface of the door body. By arranging the sealing mechanism, lead screw nuts on the first moving assembly and the second moving assembly can move by rotating a hand wheel, and a first wedge-shaped block is pushed to move through a connecting rod, so that a first sealing strip is pushed out of the door body and enters a first sealing groove; and meanwhile, a second wedge-shaped block is extruded when the first wedge-shaped block moves, so that a second sealing strip is pushed out of the door body and enters a second sealing groove, and comprehensive sealing is achieved.
