The invention discloses a preparation method of high-performance prestressed fiber-seawater-sea sand concrete. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, airing sea sand and coarse aggregate; S2, weighing raw materials consisting of cement, seawater, the sea sand, the coarse aggregate, glass fibers, an expanding agent and a water reducing agent; S3, pouring the cement, the expanding agent, the sea sand and the glass fibers into a stirrer for stirring; S4, pouring the water reducing agent and the seawater which are uniformly mixed in advance into the stirrer for stirring; and S5, pouring the coarse aggregate into the stirrer, and conducting stirring to obtain the freshly-stirred prestressed fiber-seawater-sea sand concrete. According to the invention, the compressive strength, the elastic modulus, the peak strain, the toughness and the breaking strength of the concrete can be effectively improved, the crack resistance of the concrete is enhanced, the durability of the seawater-sea sand concrete is effectively improved, the strength of the seawater-sea sand concrete is improved, and the brittleness phenomenon of the seawater-sea sand concrete during damage is also improved.
