The invention provides seawater and sea sand underwater high-performance emergency repair concrete and a preparation method thereof. The seawater and sea sand underwater high-performance emergency repair concrete is prepared from Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement, gypsum, stone powder, silica fume, sea coarse sand, sea fine sand, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and seawater according to a certain proportion. The underwater high-performance rush-repair concrete prepared by adopting the modified cement-based gel composite material as the raw material and the seawater as the mixing water has the advantages of good dispersion resistance, short setting time, initial setting time of 46-63 minutes, high early strength and compressive strength of 10.4-21.32 MPa for 4 hours. The seawater and sea sand underwater high-performance rush-repair concrete can be mixed with seawater, the use of fresh water is reduced, the underwater rush-repair concrete is not added with a flocculating agent, the pollution of a water environment is reduced, meanwhile, a novel construction material is provided for underwater rapid rush-repair concrete due to the fact that the underwater rush-repair concrete is high in setting speed and high in early strength, and the construction cost is reduced. The underwater repairing agent is especially suitable for underwater high-performance repairing of areas which are deficient in fresh water, lack of building gravel and protect the water area environment, is also suitable for emergency repair work of seaside city dams which are rich in seawater and sea sand resources, and is simple in preparation method and wide in application.
本发明提供一种海水海砂水下高性能抢修混凝土及其制备方法,由硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、石膏、石粉、硅灰、海粗砂、海细砂、聚羧酸高效减水剂和海水按一定比例配制而成。本发明通过采用改性的水泥基胶凝复合材料作为原材料,海水作为拌合水所制得的水下高性能抢修混凝土,其抗分散性能好,凝结时间快,初凝时间为46‑63min,早期强度高,其4h抗压强度为10.4‑21.32MPa。本发明海水海砂水下高性能抢修混凝土可用海水进行拌和,减少了淡水的使用,且此水下抢修混凝土没有添加絮凝剂,减少了水环境的污染,同时由于其凝结速度快,早期强度高,为水下快速抢修混凝土提供了一种新型的施工材料,特别适用于淡水较为匮乏,缺少建筑砂石,且对水域环境有保护的区域进行水下高性能修补,同时也适用于海水海砂资源较为丰富的海边城市堤坝抢修工作,本发明制备方法简单,应用广泛。
