Heat-insulating composite wear-resistant brick
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory brick production, and discloses a heat-insulating composite wear-resistant brick which main raw materials (by weight), comprising 70-75% of magnesium aluminate spinel, 20-25% of alumina hollow spheres and 5-10% of silicon carbide; and auxiliary materials (by weight), comprising 10-15% of ceramsite and 7-8% of expanded and vitrified micro beads. According to the heat-insulating composite wear-resistant brick provided by the invention, a wear-resistant layer is prepared from spinel and aluminum oxide hollow spheres, together with a chemical binding agent; a heat-insulating layer is made of ceramsite and vitrified micro beads, together with a chemical binding agent; and a heat-insulating material and a fire-resistant material are formed through molding and high-temperature firing by adopting an independent stirring, mixing and grinding process, so that the heat-insulating property and the fire-resistant property are organically combined. Wear resistance, high temperature resistance and heat insulation are integrated, the running time of equipment can be greatly prolonged, energy is saved, heat preservation is achieved, high temperature resistance is achieved, long-term use is achieved, and energy is saved and consumption is reduced; and the requirements of the inner walls of a tertiary air pipe and a preheater cylinder for thermal insulation and fire resistance in the cement production process can be well met.
