The invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant polymer cement composite insulating brick and a preparation method thereof. The insulating brick comprises a polymer cement composition, an insulating gel composition and granules. The polymer cement composition comprises a main material and an admixture, the main material comprises magnesium oxide or calcium oxide and an exciting agent, and the admixture is one or a combination of more of fly ash, mineral powder, steel slag powder, aluminum ash, mullite powder, corundum powder and cordierite powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and uniformly stirring the gel composition and the granules, forming a block body through molding extrusion, and feeding the block body into a baking oven at 300-500 DEG C for drying treatment; adding water into the polymer cement composition, and uniformly stirring to form slurry; the composite insulating brick is integrally light in weight, excellent in fire resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, good in insulating, energy-saving and anti-cracking effects, low in manufacturing cost and high in efficiency, and meets the requirements of large-batch production and manufacturing.
本发明涉及一种耐高温耐磨聚合物水泥复合保温砖及其制备方法,该保温砖包括聚合物水泥组合物、保温凝胶组合物、颗粒料。聚合物水泥组合物包括主料和掺和料,主料包括氧化镁或氧化钙和激发剂,参和料为粉煤灰、矿粉、钢渣粉、铝灰、莫来石粉、刚玉粉、堇青石粉中的一种或多种组合;制备方法为:将凝胶组合物与颗粒料混合并搅拌均匀,通过成模挤压形成块状体,将块状体送入300‑500℃的烘箱烘干处理;将聚合物水泥组合物加入水搅拌均匀形成浆料;将烘干后的块状体放入制砖模具中,浇入浆料,成型后脱模形成复合保温砖,其整体质轻,耐火、耐高温、耐磨、耐腐蚀性能优异,保温、节能和抗裂效果好,制作成本低,效率高,满足大批量生产制作的要求。
