Large overwater construction platform structure and erection method thereof
The invention discloses a larger overwater construction platform structure and an erection method thereof. The platform structure comprises a supporting structure and a prefabricated structure, wherein the supporting structure comprises a plurality of supporting piles, the supporting piles are arranged in a matrix mode to form a pile array, at least one side of the pile array is provided with an opening facilitating entry of a ship, and the tops of all the supporting piles are connected into a whole through a connecting frame; and the prefabricated structure comprises a supporting plate, the supporting plate is fixedly connected to the top of the supporting pile, and a temporarily-built facility is prefabricated and installed at the top of the supporting plate. The erection method comprises the steps that the supporting piles are driven; a buffer device is installed; the connecting frame is installed; an end plate is installed; the supporting plate is transported; driving into the pile array is constructed, and the position is adjusted; and a temporary buttress is lowered and firmly welded. According to the structure and the method, rapid construction of a large offshore construction platform structure is achieved, the on-site construction volume is reduced to the maximum extent, and on-shore prefabrication and on-site installation are achieved; the occupied time of a ship machine is reduced, and floating crane ship cooperation is not needed in the whole process; and the wave influence in the construction process is reduced.
本发明是一种大型水上施工平台结构及其架设方法,平台结构包括:支撑结构,支撑结构包括多根支撑桩,支撑桩呈矩阵式排布形成桩阵,桩阵至少一侧设有便于船舶驶入的开口,全部支撑桩顶部通过连接架连接成一体;预制结构,预制结构包括支撑板,支撑板固定连接在支撑桩顶部,支撑板顶部预制安装有临建设施。架设方法包括:打设支撑桩;安装缓冲装置;安装连接架;安装端板;运输支撑板;驶入桩阵,调整位置;降低临时支墩并焊接牢固。本发明结构及方法实现了海上大型施工平台结构的快速施工,最大限度减少了现场的施工体量,实现了岸上预制现场安装;减少了船机的占用时间,全程无需浮吊船配合;减小施工过程中的波浪影响。
