The waterproof drainage system comprises a positioning pipe, a sleeve cap assembly and a drain pipe assembly; the positioning pipe sleeves an anchor rod and is partially and fixedly embedded in the bottom wall of the panel groove, and the elevation of the top face of the positioning pipe is smaller than that of the top face of the anchor rod; the sleeve cap assembly is detachably installed on the positioning pipe, and the part, located above the positioning pipe, of the anchor rod is covered through the sleeve cap assembly; the drain pipe assembly is fixedly embedded in a structural bottom plate, one end of the drain pipe assembly communicates with the panel groove, the other end of the drain pipe assembly extends out of the structural bottom plate or is flush with the side wall of the structural bottom plate, and water in the panel groove is drained out of the structural bottom plate through the drain pipe assembly.
