The invention discloses a high-stability super-specification stone reverse hanging type design dry hanging structure. The dry hanging structure comprises a keel frame base layer, stone facing units, dry hanging pieces and a hanging piece, the keel frame base layer is fixedly installed on a building body, the dry hanging pieces are fixedly installed on the back faces of the stone facing units, the stone facing units are fixedly installed on the keel frame base layer through the dry hanging pieces, a first clamping part and a second clamping part are arranged on the opposite side edges of the stone facing units correspondingly, the first clamping part of an upper stone facing unit is clamped to the second clamping part of a lower stone facing unit, a plurality of stone facing units are spliced to form a stone veneer, and the stone facing unit on the uppermost portion of the stone veneer is fixedly installed on a top face girder through the hanging piece. Compared with the prior art, the reverse hanging type design is adopted during dry hanging installation of the super-specification stone, the top face girder bears part of loads, and the stability of the stone facing dry hanging structure is improved.
本发明公开了一种稳定性高的超规格石材反吊式设计干挂结构,包括:龙骨架基层、石材饰面单元、干挂件和吊挂件,龙骨架基层固定安装在建筑主体上,干挂件固定安装在石材饰面单元的背面,且石材饰面单元通过干挂件固定安装在龙骨架基层上,石材饰面单元一相对侧边上分别设置有第一卡接部和第二卡接部,上方石材饰面单元的第一卡接部卡接在下方石材饰面单元的第二卡接部上,若干个石材饰面单元拼合形成石材饰面,石材饰面最上方的石材饰面单元通过吊挂件固定安装在顶面大梁上。本发明相较于现有技术,超规格石材在进行干挂安装时采用反吊式设计,让顶面大梁承担部分荷载,提高石材饰面干挂结构的稳定性。
