The floor heating structure comprises a positioning plate, a floor heating coil and a backfill layer. The positioning plate comprises a heat preservation plate and a plurality of positioning columns arranged on one side of the heat preservation plate, the first ends of the positioning columns are fixed to the heat preservation plate, and the second ends of the positioning columns are provided with elastic clamping structures used for limiting upward disengaging of the floor heating coil. The backfill layer is made of backfill leveling mortars. The corresponding construction process at least comprises the following steps that a ground base layer is cleaned and leveled; a heat insulation layer is laid, boundary heat preservation strips are laid on the peripheral vertical face, and the positioning plate is laid on the ground base layer; the floor heating coil is laid, and the floor heating coil is placed above the elastic clamping structures of the positioning plates and pressed downwards; the backfill layer is poured above the positioning plates and the floor heating coil through the backfill leveling mortars. By means of the arrangement, the problems that in the prior art, wet-type floor heating construction procedures are complex, the floor heating pipeline laying efficiency is low, and the labor cost is high are solved.
