The invention relates to an interlayer floor structure and a construction process thereof. The interlayer floor structure comprises a first supporting beam and a second supporting beam, wherein the two ends of the first supporting beam and the two ends of the second supporting beam are fixed to a wall and arranged at intervals, a plurality of purlines are connected between the first supporting beam and the second supporting beam, supporting plates are arranged between the adjacent purlines, and the lower end faces of the supporting plates abut against the upper end faces of the purlines and the upper end face of the first supporting beam; a partition plate is fixed to the center of the upper end face of the first supporting beam in a protruding mode, the second supporting beam is providedwith an abutting mechanism abutting against the side, close to the second supporting beam, of the supporting plate, and the abutting mechanism is matched with the partition plate to clamp the supporting plate. With application of the arrangement, the integrity between the supporting plate and the first supporting beam and the integrity between the supporting plate and the second supporting beam are higher, the effects of shock absorption and shaking reduction are achieved, then collision of the supporting plate during treading of the user is reduced and the noise reduction effect is achieved.Therefore, the comfort level of the user in the home life use process of the interlayer floor slab is improved.
